Return Policy & Warranty

1. Warranty / Parts Guarantee
  • Our sewing machines come with a 10-year parts warranty, as long as the parts fail due to regular usage or manufacturing defects.

  • If the machine stops working during normal use (e.g. motor failure, electrical fuse, gearbox issues), the issue will be covered under warranty and service will be provided.

  • Note: If the machine is damaged due to mishandling, falling, or broken parts caused by user error or accident, it will not be covered under warranty.

  • The warranty only applies to issues that occur during normal usage, and does not cover misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.

2. Return / Exchange Policy
  • If the color of the machine is not as expected, you can request an exchange, provided that the machine is unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • If you're not satisfied with the machine's features or find it difficult to understand how it works, you may also request an exchange, again only if the machine is unused and in brand-new condition.

  • Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (or within your company’s chosen period).

  • All returns/exchanges must include the original box, manuals, power cables, accessories, and all included items.

  • Any shipping or customs charges (if applicable) will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault or company error.

3. Terms & Conditions
  • Warranty and returns are valid only for the original purchaser, and a receipt or invoice must be provided.

  • If a specific part is not available, we will provide an equivalent quality replacement or suggest a repair option.

  • If the cost of the part is too high, the company reserves the right to charge the customer for the replacement part instead of offering it free.

  • The company reserves the right to change this policy at any time, and any changes will be updated on our website

5. How to Request a Return or Warranty Service

To request a return, exchange, or warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue clearly (photos/videos are helpful).

  3. Our team will verify your request and guide you on the next steps.

  4. If approved, pack the product securely and ship it back to the provided address.

6. Important Notes
  • Please do not send back any product without contacting us first and getting confirmation.

  • Products sent without approval may be refused or returned at your expense.

  • We aim to process all return or warranty claims within 7–10 business days after receiving the product.
